Alden Richard admitted that he looks up to ABS-CBN Actor "John Llyod Cruz" and he said that John Llyod Cruz influenced him alot in acting and style.
“Siguro po I always tell, I always say sa mga interviews ko that I look up to him, siya ‘yung parang idol ko talaga, i follow his style when it comes to acting and sobrang laki po ng influence sa akin ni John Lloyd Cruz as an actor.”
Aside from John Llyod Cruz, He also admitted that he also looks up to Dingdong Dantes.
“Si Kuya Dingdong [Dantes], we’ve been very good friends after My Beloved. Sobrang dami kong natutunan sa kanya as a person and as an actor.
